Welcome to Resident News, a new part of our website for the people who live in Harmony's manufactured home and RV communities across the West. This is your place for practical, plain-language information about life in your community.

Resident News has two sections:
- Guides: practical how-tos for looking after your home, like getting a manufactured home or RV ready for winter.
- Community News: updates about Harmony and the communities we care for, like this one.
We will keep every post practical and easy to read, and you can print any of them to keep on the fridge. Our first guides cover getting your home ready for winter and fire season safety.
Paying rent and asking for repairs.
Resident News is for reading. To pay rent or send a maintenance request, use Resident Login, our online resident portal. You will also find the Resident Login link in the menu at the top and at the bottom of every page on this site.
For anything else, call the Harmony Communities office at (209) 932-8747, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. For a fire, a medical emergency or a gas leak, always call 911 first.
Communities we have restored.
Many Harmony communities came to us needing serious work, and we are proud of how far they have come.
- At Soquel Gardens in Santa Cruz County, we restored 20 spaces, resurfaced the roads and renewed the fencing and signage. The community has grown from eight residents to nearly 80.
- At Bethel Island in Contra Costa County, we rebuilt the gas pipeline, added and rehabilitated homes and expanded occupancy by 50 spaces.
- At Safari MHC in Avery, new spaces and homes have increased occupancy by 20 spaces.
- At Tanwood MHC, also in Avery, we restored the roads, rehabilitated homes and added new ones. Occupancy has grown by 30 spaces.
