Safari MHC

At the time Harmony assumed ownership of Safari MHC, the property had lost its permit to operate due to prolonged mismanagement and was experiencing an approximately 50% vacancy rate, including multiple abandoned homes. Internal roadways were severely degraded and nearly non-existent.

Following acquisition, Harmony promptly secured all required electrical and infrastructure permits and completed the necessary repairs in under 30 days using its in-house team of more than 10 professionals, resulting in the immediate reinstatement of the operating permit.

Harmony has since invested in new spaces and homes, revitalizing the community and delivering a practical response to the urgent housing needs of the Avery area. Occupancy has increased by 20 spaces since the takeover.

What I appreciate most about Harmony Communities is how much pride they put into making the neighborhood look great. The upkeep, the improvements, and the sense of safety all make me proud to invite friends and family over. Renting a space here has been a wonderful experience.
